Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are not held under any circumstances without your deposit, unless it is a model call or prize session.
A non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. This deposit is transferable to another date with 12 hours notice that you cannot make the session. If you do need to cancel and your deposit is transferred to another date, the full balance will be payable in order to book a second date.
PLEASE arrive for your session 5 minutes early to get settled. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late will be asked to rearrange the session.
Your session will have a set amount of time it is scheduled for. This time starts from the beginning of your appointment time.
The photographer is not responsible for the behaviour of children or their cooperation towards having photos taken. If no shots are achieved within the first 20 minutes of your session, you may be asked to return on an alternative date.
Mobile phone cameras are permitted in the studio. We love to see behind the scenes photos and videos of the studio in action and love it if you would share!
Any person(s) displaying aggressive, rude or other unwarranted behaviour will be asked to leave along with their entire party and payment forfeited.
Clients are responsible for choosing from the studio’s vast choice of props, outfits and settings. These will be discussed prior to the session and these options are given to everyone.
A maximum of 2 adults are permitted in the studio at any time with children attending a photoshoot.
Please do not bring along any children who are not being photographed. For newborn sessions with siblings, I always highly suggest you have your partner or friend/family member take the older siblings out after their photos, so we can focus on baby on their own (it is boring for big brothers and sisters!)
Additional needs: if you, or your children have any additional needs at all, please let me know. I offer ASD sessions at no additional cost, these are slightly longer sessions and we will cater to your child’s needs to ensure the photoshoot experience is as calm as possible for them.
Please don’t bring any strong smelling food into the studio!
Viewing & Delivery
You will arrange a date within the following 7-10 days after your session to view your photos in the studio. These photos will be fully edited to the highest standard. Please let us know at your session if there is any further editing you require.
Additional items are available to purchase at your viewing appointment. Any digital images you purchase or you have included in your package, you will take home with you on a disc or USB at your viewing appointment.
Once digital items are taken out of the studio they are not refundable under any circumstances.
Prints and canvases take around 2 weeks after purchase at your viewing session. Albums may take up to 3 weeks. Due to the personalised nature of print items, these are not refundable under any circumstances.
Products are available to collect from the studio at any time the studio is open once they are ready. Alternatively they can be delivered for a small charge.
